Absolutely! Customization is at the heart of what we do. Our expert TEAm will work with you to create bespoke tea blends that reflect your preferences or event theme. Guests can also have the opportunity to craft their own unique blends during the event.
2. Where are your events held?
We can host events at your chosen venue, whether it’s a corporate office, private home, or event space. We also partner with select local venues for an elegant setting to host your experience.
3. Do you offer virtual tea events?
Yes, we offer engaging virtual tea experiences for individuals and groups worldwide. We ship custom tea kits to participants, including international attendees, so everyone can fully participate. Please note that shipping fees and timelines vary depending on location.
4. How far in advance should I book an event?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization. For larger or highly customized events, a longer lead time is ideal
5. Is a deposit required to secure my event booking?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. We accept all major forms of payment for your convenience.
6. Does Events by ST support charitable organizations?
Yes, we are proud to support charitable organizations throughout the year. We carefully select a few causes to contribute to by donating products for galas and raffles, and partnering with nonprofits to host unique tea events that align with their mission.
7. Do you offer commissions or referrals fees for event planners?
